How we do it

ClickItandPickUp increases retailers’ online orders by making it easier and quicker for customers to pick up fulfilled in-store orders at one of our neighborhood, super-fast ClickItandPickUp drive-thru locations.

  • 1. Online customer places order on the retailer website
  • 2. Customer chooses ClickItandPickUp drive-thru pick-up option when completing order
  • 3. Order is prepared at retailer store location and ClickItandPickUp driver and customer are notified
  • 4. ClickItandPickUp driver picks up each day’s order before noon from the designated retail store
  • 5. Customer is notified via email of pick up time and location, usually between 5pm – 9pm that evening
  • 6. Customer drive-thru and picks up the order at their local ClickItandPickUp location

With ClickItandPickUp drive-thru package pickup, customers can order on-line, and that very same day get into their cars, drive 5-10 minutes and pick up their orders from multiple retailers on one quick trip.

VP of Operations & Shipping

Eddie Gomez, VP of Operations & Shipping, has over 20 years experience in the Supply Chain area. He managed shipping and distribution planning for top shippers in major logistics companies such as; UPS, DHL, and Kuehne Nagel. He has designed warehouse and distribution centers for package and mail processing systems and software solutions. His current activities with another includes designing pick and pack operations with focus in automation. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA in International Business from University of Illinois @ Chicago.
